Couples, marriage, or relationship therapy supports individuals in relationships who may be considering separation or divorce, or those seeking to improve communication, conflict resolution skills, intimacy, connection, or understanding. In couples counseling, the primary focus is on the relationship, but each partner should also expect to work on their own self-improvement and self-awareness.
Family Therapy Services

Group Therapy Services
Group therapy involves one or more therapists leading a group of five to eight clients. Typically, the group meets for an hour each week, although some more intensive group therapies meet more frequently. Certain group therapies also require participants to attend individual therapy sessions.
Most groups are designed to address specific issues, such as depression, grief, anxiety, chronic pain, or addiction. Other groups focus more broadly on enhancing relationships, social skills, or coping skills.
